PART ONE: WHERE DO YOU LOSE POWER?

Explore imbalances and satisfaction levels in all areas of life, as we target areas for growth and areas of strength. Understand time and energy management and how this impacts your life.

PART TWO: WHAT IS THE STORY YOU TELL YOURSELF?

Regulate emotions and identify dynamics in your relationships to understand control and codependency patterns of behavior.

PART THREE: WHAT DO YOU STAND FOR?

Identifying characteristics and attributes of personal leadership. Identify healthy boundaries and a personal value system within your circles of concern.

PART FOUR: ARE YOU READY TO MOVE FORWARD?

Refine your goal setting and learn how to use the right language to commit to this process. Reflect, and take home your coaching practices.

"I love knowing that there will always be storms in life, moments where I don’t have control over the conditions I’m dealing with. But now, with my Teenacers experience, I know that I can have my sails catching the winds of change and the ability to stay on course through my life. You’ve assisted in showing me my anchors, when perhaps I’m about to lose control. I can go to my captain’s log (journal) and assess my situation, then come to a reasonable approach.

Working with you has given me a chance to believe in myself and the choices I’ve made; a space to breathe a bit easier, and hope for the future.

I wish for the world, that the work you do becomes a standard in the education of youth and adults. It’s been an absolute pleasure to have met you, and I look forward to working with you further."
